Carries out activities on energy expertise of power equipment, electrical installations, heat installations using measuring instruments and laboratory equipment. Energy expertise is necessary when commissioning facilities, when changing the capacity of facilities and any changes in the power supply system of your facility (enterprise, etc.).

Performs expert inspections of power equipment, electrical laboratory, electric meters, electrical installation work, acts of expert examination, conclusion of energy expertise, technical report, single-line power supply scheme, automatic machines.

Provides training services in the field of electrical safety and organizes initial certification or confirmation of admission to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th groups of electrical safety with the issuance of qualification certificates.

Electrical safety services:

The activity of our Company consists of providing services for testing and measuring electrical equipment up to 35 kV for the following types of work:

- Commissioning tests;

The list of permitted and ongoing tests and measurements includes: 

• Monitoring of the condition of grounding devices of electrical installations and their elements;
• Monitoring the presence of a circuit and measuring the transient resistances between earthing devices, grounded equipment and grounding conductors;
• Monitoring of protection and its operation in a power supply system with a grounded and isolated neutral;
• Monitoring of protection made by fusible inserts in electrical installations with voltage up to 1000 V, calibration of inserts;
• Control and testing of automatic installation of supply lines;
• Control and testing of switching devices of secondary circuits and electrical equipment with voltage up to 10 kV;
• Monitoring of circuit breakers in electrical networks with voltage up to 1000 V for current actuation;
• Monitoring of voltage and operating current of oil switch drives;
• Monitoring of relay protection, automation, telemechanics and protective shutdown devices;
• Monitoring of the emergency lighting and lightning protection system;
• Monitoring and testing of uninterruptible power supply units;
• Measurement of the resistivity of the earth and the resistance of grounding devices;
• Measurement of insulation resistance of cables, windings of electric motors, apparatuses, secondary circuits, electrical wiring and electrical equipment with voltage up to and including 35 kV;
• Measurement of the total resistance of the single-phase short circuit current (phase-zero loop) in installations with a voltage up to 1000 V with a dead-earthed neutral;
• Measurement of transient resistances of contacts and windings;
• Measurement of direct current resistance of windings of power transformers and oil switches;
• High voltage testing of cable lines and electrical equipment with voltage up to 10 kV;
• Testing of personal and collective protective equipment (electrical and mechanical);
• Testing and measuring the characteristics of voltage and current transformers;
• Measurement of the current spreading resistance of the grounding device;
• Measurement of the current spreading resistance of the grounding device;
• Checking the lightning protection system; • Checking and testing of uninterruptible power supply units;
• Finding cable routes and places of their damage, "burning" a cable line with a voltage of up to 10 kV;
• Quality control of electrical energy.

- Periodic preventive tests of electrical equipment, wires and cables;

• Electrical measurements;
• Electrical tests;
• The operation of all elements of the electrical power supply is checked by the electrical laboratory;
• diagnostics of all elements of power supply;
• Comparison of indicators with normative ones;
• Providing recommendations for troubleshooting and further operation.

After completion of the work, the Customer is issued a technical report, including test reports of electrical equipment and a conclusion on compliance with the NTD. Our specialists can also develop one-line diagrams of your objects.

- Testing of protective equipment used in electrical installations up to and above 1000 V:

• Insulating rods, for electrical installations up to 35 kV;
• Rods for portable grounding for electrical installations 330 - 500 V;
• Measuring rods for electrical installations up to 35 kV;
• Measuring rod heads;
• Insulating tongs for electrical installations up to 35 kV;
• Voltage indicators up to 1000 V;
• Voltage indicators for electrical installations up to 35 kV;
• Electric measuring tongs for electrical installations up to 10 kV;
• Dielectric gloves;
• Special dielectric shoes;
• Manual insulating tool.
