Certification of workplaces of production facilities according to working conditions is carried out in accordance with the order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1057 dated 12/28/2015.
Certification of production facilities is carried out in order to determine the state of safety, harmfulness, severity, intensity of work performed on them, occupational health and to determine compliance of the working environment with safety and labor protection standards.
The assessment of occupational risks is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 363 «On approval of the rules of occupational risk management» dated 11.09.2020
The assessment of occupational risks determines the degree of occupational risks based on the analysis of information on risk identification and statistical data on morbidity and occupational injuries in the organization, provision of collective and individual protective equipment.
Production control is carried out in accordance with the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 62 dated 04/07/2023.
Production control includes a set of measures, including laboratory research and testing of works and services performed by individual entrepreneurs or a legal entity, aimed at ensuring safety and harmlessness to humans and the environment.
