In case of violation of training requirements by the employer, the following liability measures are provided:

According to Becomeand 149 of the law Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2014 No. 235-V About administrative offenses.

Failure to perform and (or) improper performance by the owner or owner or manager of an object that is vulnerable to terrorism of their duties to ensure anti-terrorist protection and maintain the proper level of security of the object entrusted to them:

– entail a fine for individuals or officials in the amount of one hundred, for small busiesses or non-profit organizations-in the amount of two hundred, for medium-sized businesses-in the amount of three hundred, for large businesses-in the amount of five hundred monthly calculation indices;

Actions (omissions) provided for above, committed repeatedly within one year after the imposition of an administrative penalty,

– entail a fine for individuals or officials in the amount of two hundred, for субъектовsmall businesses or non-profit organizations-in the amount of three hundred, for medium-sized businesses-in the amount of five hundred, for large businesses-in the amount of one thousand monthly calculation indices.
